Rubber Band Ligation:
This method has long been used since the times of Hippocrates. The concept
of this procedure before is that they tied a thread at the internal hemorrhoid

band on the base of the hemorrhoid. The hemorrhoid will then shrivel and
fall off after a week because the band has cut off the blood circulation.

If you have multiple internal hemorrhoids, the doctor will ligate them and band them one at a time over a period of time. They are usually treated one month apart.

that are now in advanced stages. If you would not want the procedures to
get this bad, you better go to your doctor immediately if you feel or just
think that the blood you see might be caused by hemorrhoids.
