1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes

1 tsp. Italian blend herbs

1/4 tsp. white pepper

1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese.

Combine all ingredients in salad bowl, cover and chill for 20 minutes. Makes about 3 servings.
